My 12 week group coaching program offers the best of both worlds, a community of like-minded individuals striving to hit their fitness goals, and directly working with me. In this program, you will have access to two 1 hour group calls per week. In these calls, you can pick my brain and ask any questions you want, as well as report your own progress and chat with others.
Before we being the calls, you will have a direct one on one consultation with me so that I can make you a completely custom workout and food plan, and then you will meet with me in the group every week to keep you progressing. You will also get access to my exclusive Facebook group.
CRITICALLY important for you to note is that the group calls are Wednesdays at 5 PM Eastern and Saturdays at 11 AM Eastern. You may attend both if you want however, most people only choose one, based on their schedule. There are no other time slots available so please make sure that you can attend at least one meeting per week and arrange your schedule properly before purchasing. If the schedule does not work out for you, we can always do the one on one training with me instead.
